Shipping and Returns Policy

SHIPPING

Once orders are received, Eazytamp prepare and dispatches orders within 48-72 hours. Orders may take longer to dispatch where there are commonwealth and local government gazetted public holidays (NB: we are based in Victoria, Australia).

Tracking numbers and email confirmation will be provided when your order has been dispatched.

Shipment Method

Australian Customers

Orders are sent using Australia Post and can be sent by Express Post or Parcel Post. Deliveries usually take 3-5 business days to arrive.

International Customers

International orders are also sent by Australia Post. Two shipping options are available for international orders:

  1. Standard – depending on your location, these orders can take between 4-12 business days to arrive;
  2. Express – depending on your location, these orders can take between 4-6 business days to arrive.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Customer satisfaction and providing quality customer service is of utmost importance to us at Eazytamp.

Our Returns Policy does not exclude or replace your rights given under the Australian Consumer Law and regulations. Relevant guarantees given pursuant to the Australian Consumer Law apply.

If you have a concern about your purchase and it cannot be resolved, we will provide a full refund for the product through PayPal or Shopify Payments, upon us receiving the return of the product with its original packaging. All shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
