"I purchased an Eazytamp (or more specifically, I bought it on behalf of my wife for myself for Christmas!) last year. I was immediately impressed with the quality of the product and the wonderful feel in the hand. Almost a year on, I've really enjoyed using it and it's helped my coffee making consistency a lot. "We were given an Eazytamp 5 Star Pro as a Christmas gift. We love everything about it. We are fussy coffee makers/drinkers and use a lever style Pavoni coffee machine. Our coffee is far better now than it has ever been and the tamper is a pleasure to use. Initially the eazytamp was not the right size for our basket. The follow up customer service was outstanding; picked up and returned to our door with no fuss - infectious enthusiasm would better describe the experience. "Just to let you know I received my Eazytamp 5 Star Pro a few days ago and I love it.  It works brilliantly well and looks ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL in the Burl Timber Handle I chose.  I must say that before coming across Eazytamp, I considered many of the other leading Tamper brands out there, and almost bought one of them, until I saw your design.  As an engineer and a coffee lover who can never tamp consistently, I find your design functionally elegant and quite unique.  No other tamper I came across combined the features of calibrated tamping pressure and perfectly flat tamping level with ease of use and the ability to have custom made base sizes, all in the one tamper. This alone would make the Eazytamp 5 Star Pro an absolute bargain in my books, but combined with the level of personalised customer service I experienced, it was just a no brainer.   Thank you very much Elie for an excellent product and for all your help with my purchase - Gaby"

"We started our own cafe/lunch bar three months ago now (Side Street Project in Dunsborough WA). I bought my own EazyTamp 5star after using someone else’s at my old job. I initially had trouble with it and the customer service from Elie was amazing. I was so impressed and grateful with the help. I can now confirm I’ve been using the tamp every day for months. It’s made thousands of coffees consistently with positive feedback from guests. Tamping unevenly or too soft or hard isn’t a concern. Now all I have to watch is the grind and weight and the timing. One less thing to watch when making coffee. It’s great. The wood is beautiful too. My boyfriend/business partner/ chef was into engineering before this and he says “it’s a nicely made bit of kit.” Maybe one day we’ll be high volume enough to upgrade to the big automatic tamp.
